DealZone® is an integrated web-based tool that enables the instantaneous communication of listing information across our entire company's salesforce. DealZone® allows our agents to leverage the investor relationships of every other agent inside of our organization. Once a listing is entered into the DealZone® system, all of our agents are able to present and market the property to investors, creating tremendous exposure and driving activity for each of our listings.
